2. We ship your DS1 hardware only (unactivated) express and tracked with a value declared of $250. 
3. Email info@dynospectrum.com with your DS1 number. We invoice you for software for 2.5T/4.0T ($1049) or 5.2 ($2349).
4. You pay. We activate your DS1.
